VitaTech Announces FDA Pharma Licensing & New Production Investments

VitaTech International, Inc., Tustin, CA, has announced reaffirmation of its FDA pharmaceutical licensing, and investment in new production capabilities for the manufacturing of tablets, powders and two-piece capsules. New high-speed equipment enables VitaTech to press an additional 250,000 tablets per hour, bringing capacity to 3.8 billion tablets per year. In packaging, over $2 million was invested in state-of-the-art tablet and capsule fillers with the installation of segregated overhead feed systems. The company has expanded encapsulation production, with capacity of up to 1.2 billion capsules annually.  Recent investments in quality control and EDI solutions provide faster turnaround times, improved data accuracy and streamlined interactions with trading partners. VitaTech also provides comprehensive analytical testing services, such as heavy metals and microbiological assessment.
